This BIRTHFIT Workshop will dive into practical applications of BIRTHFIT’s 4 pillars: fitness, nutrition, mindset, and connection with a special focus on core health! It’s appropriate for anyone trying to conceive, pregnant, newly postpartum, 10+ years postpartum, spouses, fitness coaches, and health professionals. By the end of the workshop, you will learn:

The basics of “training for birth”
How to rehabilitate your core and pelvic floor by returning to your innate origins of functional movement
Common mindset and nutrition dilemmas (with action steps!) often faced by women in the Motherhood Transition
The importance of integrated care from preconception through the first year postpartum

Bring your curiosity and clothes to move around in! Workbooks and light refreshments will be provided.
