Anyone in need of a Sunday sweat? Fantasies of being on a dance team? Join ultimate flygirl Viva Bodyroll for her signature dance aerobic cardio party!

Lessons in dancefloor domination

This one hour workshop is designed to tone, strengthen and train your body with slammin’ moves & bangin’ grooves that will getchu lookin’ hella fresh. Incorporating hip-hop, jazz, vogue, and cardio dance styles into easy to follow routines and signature 'club moves' ie: gimme ****, pony slap, pop star, the Bodyroll body language translates into Diva Dance Floor Domination!
Viva’s bodyrollerz are encouraged to dress up in their Sunday spandex best, cuz we gunna pump up the jam and empower each other to get ripped as we revolutionize what it means to be flyyyy!

Classes are 60 min & consist of the following sections:
Warmup (dynamic stretching)
Isolationz (chest, hip, + body rolls)
Aerobic Realness (cardio dance, club moves)
Booty Poppin’ Bootcamp (HITT : high intensity interval training)
Full Fantasy (improv, runway)
Diva Dance Floor Domination (choreography)
Kew Down (slow jam yoga)

Doors at 11:30AM
Class starts at 12pm (noon sharp!)

BRUNCH is available for purchase until 4pm! Refuel with House of Yes after a hard earned sweat.

This is a space for everyone to feel welcome and loved. Racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia will not be tolerated at our House. All entrances and spaces within the venue are single-level and handicap accessible. There are stairs leading to the upper portions of the stage, for those who wish to dance in the spotlight. Gender neutral bathrooms are located in the main room.
