Earth Day Cooking Workshop
Grades: 4-6
Celebrate Mother Nature in this special Earth Day Cooking workshop. In this drop-off class, kids will cook seasonal dishes as they explore what parts of plants and vegetables are edible, how to cook with imperfect produce, and how to reduce waste. Younger students will learn cooking fundamentals such as basic knife skills, kitchen safety, and how to read recipes. Older students will practice basic cooking skills and learn more complex techniques to help build confidence in the kitchen. Class size is limited. Sign up to reserve your spot.
