Sunday, 09. June 2019, Harbor Lounge, Getting to the Bottom of Sharks around Cape Cod--Featuring Bryan Legare

The Provincetown LGBTQ Welcome and Resource Center is pleased to showcase local LGBTQ luminaries on topics of interest to our community and the world.  Join Bryan Legare, Marine Biologist at the Center for Coastal Studies in Provincetown for a discussion and a Q/A about Sharks around Cape Cod. Sharks are an important part of the ecosystem and populations are changing around the waters surrounding Provincetown. Current research around the Cape have garnered insights but many questions remain unanswered. Bryan will discuss current and future research efforts and both things we know an don’t know about sharks around Cape Cod.  Proceeds will benefit both the Center for Coastal Studies (Bryan's research) and the Provincetown LGBTQ Welcome and Resource Center.  Ticket donations are 100% tax deductible.
