Saturday, 20. April 2019, Parkville Nature Sanctuary, Hike*Yoga*Meditate*Fire Cermony*WaterFall

Join Melodee and Matt Turner for a guided hike with yoga, meditation, fire cermony and enjoy the sounds and the beauty of the streaming water and waterfall.

Beautiful Parkville Nature Sanctuary is a great place to come and enjoy a few hours of hiking, yoga, and meditation. We will pause at places along the trails to take in moments of yoga and meditation. Nature is a powerful healer. If you have never been here you are in for a beautiful experience. The water is flowing, making beautiful music. As of this week the waterfall is majestic!

The purpose of this adventure is to cultivate a connection with nature, opening up to the possibilities of healing within its beautiful landscape. The yoga and meditation portions will help facilitate this process. Join us in healing, connection and adventure!

We will stop along the water to pause at the Girl Scout Shelter and enjoy a Fire Ceremony. Please bring a **** lunch or at minimum a snack.

Instructions:

We will meet at the picnic table area/grass area. The parking lot is shared with the college so if parking is full their is an upper lot you can park in that belongs to another business but they will be closed.

Beginners are welcome but must be able to handle walking on a trail with uneven spots. The trail is fully capable for a beginner.

Children who are able to practice yoga, meditate and/or remain quiet during the meditation and hike are welcome to attend. If you plan to bring a child please private message Melodee Reigel Hornbostel. Pets are not allowed per Park Police

Cost is $20 preregistation and the day of the event if $30. A portion goes to the Parkville Nature Sanctuary. The beautiful trails are maintained by volunteers and we truly appreciated this place of beauty they make accessible to us.

Also, if you would fb friend Melodee Reigel Hornbostel and Matt Turner it would be appreciated for future direct communication (rain etc)
