This seminar explains the Limited Liability Company (LLC) as a legal entity. You will learn the advantages of a limited liability company over a sole proprietorship, and be able to differentiate between an LLC and an S-Corp.
You'll learn how an LLC is taxed, as well as the legal requirements necessary to create an LLC.
Lastly, you will learn best business practices in the operation of an LLC. At the end of this class you will have the knowledge necessary to make an informed decision concerning the formation of an LLC.
A question and answer session will follow the presentation.
