The Opus College of Engineering invites young men and women entering their junior and senior years in high school to join us this summer for this unique pre-college residential engineering program!
By participating in the Engineering Leadership Academy (ELA), students will be immersed into the daily life of a Marquette Engineer while highlighting a wide variety of engineering disciplines and leadership opportunities offered at Marquette. This year's Academy will focus on how engineering can be used to help and heal the world.
Program highlights include:
• Working directly with Marquette faculty, engineering students and STEM industry leaders
• Learning through cutting-edge laboratory experiences, hands-on demonstrations and challenges to hone critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Experiencing student life at Marquette by living and dining in an on-campus residence hall
• Exploring downtown Milwaukee through field trips and excursions
• Building a network of other young students from across the country, who are interested in engineering
