Each Thursday, we offer guided Meditation classes for people seeking to change their lives. These classes are based upon traditional Tibetan Buddhist, Vipassana and Mindfulness Meditation techniques. Any person, regardless of faith can benefit from these classes. This style of meditation focuses on bringing to mind any change that the person seeks. We focus on removing the obstacles that have prevented us from living a happy and fulfilled life free of the difficulties that have existed in our lives.
The Compassion Center is an intimate center decorated with authentic Buddhist Thangkas (paintings) and statues from Nepal and Tibet. You will feel a very spiritual presence when you come to our space.
These classes are for new meditators as well as experienced meditators. You will be guided into a very relaxed, quiet and still place where you work on a change that you wish to make in your life (e.g. removing anxiety, stress, anger, bringing more joy, happiness, and success into your life). Each class has a theme to it. If you come to these classes on a regular basis, you will learn so many tools to help you enjoy life to its fullest.

This is a by donation class. The suggested donation is $20. If you cannot make a donation, please come. We will not turn away anyone due to financial difficulties.
Please arrive between 7:45-8:00.
