Memorial Day Weekend Women's Wellness Retreat with Feel Vibrant Retreats
The retreat is 3 full days and 2 nights. We'll be kicking it off bright and early Saturday morning with a mini-hike on the way to Tahoe. You will return to the Bay Area around 4 PM on Monday evening refreshed and ready to start the week!
Daily Activities:


Morning vinyasa flow yoga classes + meditation to begin your day


Evening restorative yoga & stretching to prepare for a restful night 




Wellness workshops to focus on work life balance, incorporating wellness into your routine, and more




Meal prep together to learn skills you can take home and build into your daily life

FAQs



How does pricing work for the retreat?
Rooms : we have two types of rooms available, shared and private. Our shared rooms are dorm style and shared with up to 4 other women. Our private rooms come with a queen bed and allow you to step away from the group as needed.
Timing : We are offering early-bird pricing until April 1st. Plan your retreat in advance and get a $60 discount!
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We will be carpooling from the Bay Area to Tahoe and will send out a schedule with details once we have finalized the drivers and pick up/drop off locations.
