The Passaic County Board of Chosen Freeholders and the Advisory Council on Disability are proud to sponsor a free public forum: "Preparing for the Future: Guardianship and Estate Planning for Parents of Special Needs Children and Adults" This event will be hosted by Freeholder Director John Bartlett and feature Passaic County Surrogate Bernice Toledo, and Naomi B. Collier, Esq., Partner at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden.
