The Preserve, Ferment, and Flow Retreat is for yogis, food lovers, and inspired individuals. Hosted at a beautiful home in Joshua Tree, this retreat focuses on recharging through yoga, hiking in nature, and meditation, while the learning various culinary, fermentation, and food preservation techniques. Learn tools to elevate your well being and culinary palate. Infuse the knowledge you’ll gain into your daily and communal life. Through hands on learning participants will discover techniques and practices to last a lifetime. Registration includes a two night stay in a private room, delicious meals, food preservation workshops, yoga & meditation, and plenty of fermented and preserved foods to take home.
