In this talk participants will understand the tremendous power of thinking in shaping who we are. Every thought, word and deed shapes and creates for us our inner and outer reality. The awakened one Buddha once said, “Everything we are is the result of our thinking.” If this is so then we need to first understand how we can control the constantly changing thought forms running wild in our mind. Second, we need a practice which will connect us to the source of all “Stillness” within which is meditation. Participants will discover the key to deeper concentration, and profound inner peace through a personal first hand demonstration of this simple yet highly effective meditation.

ALL are Welcome.  This is a FREE event!
