CNC Mill Training
CNC Mill Operator Training provides users with practical information and hands-on experience operating the CNC Mill at the Innovation Center. This course is an instructor-led hands-on experience.
Participants will learn best practices for safe use of the CNC Mill, how to select proper tooling, machine setup and operation and to use an existing CNC program to create a prototype part.
Who is the training geared for?
This training is required for members who wish to use the CNC Mill for prototyping.
Where is the training held?
The training is held in the Innovation Center Prototype Lab.
What is the cost?
Training is free for Innovation Center prospective and existing members.
Schedule:
The training will be held Thursday, February 14th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
A customized schedule may be accommodated per request.
Class size is limited to 6 students in order to ensure that each participant gets plenty of practice time on the machine.
