Learn to listen and be kind to yourself
Network member and chiropractor Dr. Becca Krul will be sharing her tips for how we can feel better and be kind to our bodies and minds in the New Year.
Thursday, Jan. 177 Library, 4455 N. Lincoln Ave.
If you feel tired, sluggish, are in physical or emotional pain, it is time to stop and listen to what your body is trying to tell you, she says. All too often, companies and products push us to consume things that they promise will make us feel better. But she believes we don't need to buy or consume products to "fix" ourselves. Often, what we need is to take the time to listen to what our bodies are trying to tell us.Dr. Becca Krul will make a presentation, and then there will be time for networking and socializing, too.
