Learn to listen and be kind to yourself
Network member and chiropractor Dr. Becca Krul will be sharing her tips for how we can feel better and be kind to our bodies and minds in the New Year.

If you feel tired, sluggish, are in physical or emotional pain, it is time to stop and listen to what your body is trying to tell you, she says. All too often, companies and products push us to consume things that they promise will make us feel better. But she believes we don't need to buy or consume products to "fix" ourselves. Often, what we need is to take the time to listen to what our bodies are trying to tell us.Dr. Becca Krul will make a presentation, and then there will be time for networking and socializing, too.

About the speaker....

Dr. Becca Krul is a Chiropractic Kinesiologist who specializes in holistic and alternative health care. She believes the body is intelligent and able to heal itself – it just needs the proper building blocks and freedom from stress interference.  She is certified in Applied Kinesiology and Neuro Emotional Technique. NET is used to reduce or remove physiological reactions related to unresolved emotional stress. She works at Equilibrium Health + Wellness.
