Saturday, 20. April 2019, Weston Bend State Park, Yo-Hi!

Join Happy Heart Yoga as we go on a hike and practice yoga. We will begin our hike on Harpst trail, mid way through we will roll out our yoga mats. We will be practicing underneath the trees surronded by the fresh outdoors and sounds of nature. The practice will be around 50 minutes complete with a blissful savasana. Once our practice is complete, we will roll our mats up and continue on with our hike.  After you complete a practice in nature you may begin to notice more of your surrondings, become more present, and be able to truly appreciate the world that surronds you. Come Join us!
